In China, we havebuilt the cooperation with Partners such as CIBN and CCTV. We are discussingthe further cooperation on the cross-border music culture exchange, co-hostmusic festival and build the communication of more Chinese musicians to have apresentation in the stage of the world and make this to be part of the one beltone road initiative in the culture exchange field.

■Ofcourse 50,000 fans (and there will be plenty ofbands that have a MUCH greaterinstall base) that’s $57,500 extra per month

■ADDITIONALLY,there is what we believe will be asubstantial MERCHANDISE and CONCERT business

It is intended thatthere will ultimately be a total of 2.7 b FENIX Tokens in circulation

●Based on ourassumption of 50,000 bands and 50 musers, that assumes a maximum of 54 FENIXTokens per user. This will quickly create FNX COIN scarcity.
